Q&A
- Can anyone have extensions?
Yes. If your hair is at least 3 inches long you can have them.
- Who would the extensions not work on?
We do not suggest the extensions for people who have balding or patches of baldness.
- How often will I have to color my hair?
Everyone needs their hair touched up or colored at different times depending on how fast their hair grows and the type of color they received.
- Can I have my hair relaxed and colored at the same time?
Yes. This can be done, but only with a temporary color. Using permanent color the same day is not recommended.
- How long should I wait before I get a lighter color on my relaxed hair?
If your hair is not healthy enough to handle both chemicals, you must wait two weeks between each service.
- Can anyone from any cultural background have a relaxer?
Yes. Relaxers are not culture or ethnicity specific.
- Does your extensions material break the hair?
No. Our extension process ensures that your natural hair is preserved. This is provided that proper care after extensions are added are adhered to.
